If ihave Mindwrack Liege onn the battlefield and have Experiment Kraj in my hand can i use Mindwrack Liege abilitie to put Experiment Kraj into play?

Yes.  Kraj is a blue creature.  He also happens to be a green creature, but that's irrelevent in this situation.

Note that the Liege doesnt put anything "into play" - it says that it puts things "onto the battlefield". Click the autocard link to see the card's entry in Gatherer, and see it's Oracle wording for its up-to-date text (i.e. what the card really says regardless of what is written on it).
