Char Op suggestions Neimoidian Noble/Soldier/Crime Lord/Gunslinger

Just put together this character for an upcoming campaign. The idea behind this build is a Neimoidian who was raised on Corellia so he does not have the characteristic of being a coward. He is extremely deceptive and persuasive, and is not bad with a blaster pistol. At the present time, I have not selected any armor. The stats below are for level 14. Please rip this apart and let me know where i went wrong.

1.  You've got too many line breaks in there which makes it take up too much space to be easy to read.

2.  Your starting ability scores (16,15,14,13,12,11) are too high. (subjective comment) I'd be treating this character as a 15th-level character.

3.  Your BAB is +11 (Noble 5's +3, +3 from Soldier3 and Gun'3, and +2 from CrimeLord.  Your ranged attacks get an additional +3 from DEX.  Your melee attacks get -1 from STR.  Your Pistol Attacks get +1 from Weapon Focus-Pistol; you don't have Weapon Focus which is a prereq to take Weapon Specialization.  You have additional bonuses/penalties when using other feats/talents.

4.  You appear to have the correct number of skills (8) but your bonuses are off:  You have a base of +7 due to level.  From there they should be:  Deception +21 / Gather Info +16 / Initiative +15/ Knowledge (Bureaucracy) +14/ Knowledge (Galactic Lore) +14/ Perception +15/ Persuasion +21 / Pilot +15.  It appears you miss calculated the adjustment due to level.

5.   You're short one starting feat from Soldier.  I'd assume you should have Armor Proficiency (Light) if you plan on utilizing one of the light Personal Energy Shields found in KotOR.  Also not that you must have Weapon Focus to take Weapon Specialization.  I will also remind you that Rapid Shot and Deadeye do not stack; you can use either when aiming so both can benefit Debiliating Shot.

6.  Your Defenses should be:
REF = 10+14(heroic level)+3(DEX)+1(ID)+4(Gun)=32
FORT
= 10+14+2(CON)+1(ID)+2(Soldier)=29
WILL = 10+14+3(WIS)+1(ID)+4(CrimeLord)=32

My guess is that you included the defense adjustments for each class instead of only using the single highest class bonus to defense.  Those bonuses do not stack so you don't get an addional +2 REF from Crimelord and +1 from both Noble and Soldier.

7.  I will point out that adding any armor that has any Armor bonus to REF Defense greater than nil (-) is going to KILL your REF Defense unless you also get the Armored Defense talent which would allow you to continue to use your heroic level in the REF calculation.  The Personal Energy Shields in KotOR have a nil armor bonus so they don't hurt your REF but they have other issues associated with them.

Now other than these few things it doesn't look too bad.
