Blitzkrieg: A Tough as Nails Throwing Nova Ranger

Build premise: Blitzkrieg is an extremely tough Throwing Nova build.  Why would you want to play Blitzkrieg?  Well for one an extremely reliable Encounter Solar Flare (a nova with no set up round).  Awesome defenses.  Tough as nails.  He's cool.

Nova Tactics: Damage stacking, initiative optimization, action optimization, Bloody Cheese.  See my Nova guide in Sig for more info.

Furious Assault should be +1d8 damage, given that your [W] for thrown weapons is 1d8, so that's +1 average damage there.

I'm iffy about including 2 AP's in the Encounter Solar Flare nova. You can't actually do that every encounter. Nice find on the Ring of Guarded Will, though - I'm going to consider that Ring pretty heavily on my characters. Also, no improved crits? How come?

Also, Manticore's Fury doesn't immobilize - that's Pounding Barrage's shtick. Also, no Attacks on the Run? Blasphemy!

Apart from that, it looks solid, but I would like to see at least one range-extender - Ranged 5 really isn't much to talk about, but Ranged 10 makes things more interesting (and makes it more competitive with the Greatbow Sharpshooter you could be making the same way and doing the same thing with, at 2.5 times the range and with d12's, for the cost of +1 to hit).

Also, your L30 Reflex is one too low, might want to check that.

Commenting on the mechanics of this build is a bit above my pay grade, but I still wanted to comment on your great formatting of the "Level 30 Encounter Solar Flare Nova" block in your second post. The mechanics were very clearly evident even to me. Thank you for the effort!
Furious Assault should be +1d8 damage, given that your [W] for thrown weapons is 1d8, so that's +1 average damage there.

will look at Reflex numbers.

I agree on the Range extender. 

My mistake on the pounding Barrage/Manticore mix up, Copy paste stupidity.  Fixed.

Improved crits is a good suggestion, will look into.
