New CB is crashing on load at 99%. It has been for 2 days. It worked fine at first but now has completely crapped out for no reason. I haven't changed a thing on the system since then.

I am on a Mac. I have tried using different browsers and cleaned out all of my caches and cookies.
Customer support has been no help at all. They gave me the above advise.

OSX 10.4.11 (can't change this due to other older audio production software on the system)
Firfox 3.6.9
Silverlight 4
Safari 4.1
Comcast cable internet
Everything is within the system requirements.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
