[CRL] What does it mean to move twice?

In the Hero phase, one option is to "make two moves." Does this mean you can spend twice your speed in one turn? That would seem incompatible with the statement "your speed is the number of squares you can move your hero during your turn," but if you can't, what is the point of stating that you can move twice?

Cheers!
Yes, it does mean you can move twice your speed in one turn, if you sacrifice your attack.

If your speed is six, you could move six squares and then attack OR attack and then move six squares OR move twelve squares.

They may have flubbed the phrasing, but that's what they meant.
It probably should have been phrased as "Your speed is the number of squares you can move your hero as a single move action."  You get a move action and an attack action on your turn.  You can choose to trade the attack action for another move action.
