Question regarding Flying Steel

Flying Steel daily power states that the effect ends if the target has cover from you at the end of any of your turns.

If the hunter takes the feat Hunter's Aim where they ignore the quarry's cover or concealment, assuming the target is also the hunter's quarry, does that mean the feat negates the cover requirement from Flying Steel effects ending?

No, the enemy still has cover from you. Hunter's Aim only removes the attack penalties for having cover, nothing more.
