trying again to make a creature

still trying to create a monster for my campain. a boss figure for a mage guild. a corrupted official. decided to turn away from what i originally had and desided to try a lich. so modding some abilities from the players handbooks and monster manuals i put this together. i wanted him to have abilities from sorcerer, wizard, warlock, and swordmage. also want him to be really hard for my group of 5 lvl 11 players. please opinions would be well appreciated.

kaznavec can disguise itself to appear as any medium or large humanoid. a creature can see through this disguise with a successful insight check vurses kaznavec's bluff check
