If a planeswalker is attacked by a creature with deathtouch and damaged will it be removed from the battlefield? I think I know the answer but i'll ask anyway for good measure

No. Deathtouch causes creatures to be destroyed if they are dealt damage from a source with deathtouch. Planeswalkers aren't creatures. There is no interaction between the two.

If by some odd combo (say Mycosynth Lattice and Tezzeret the Seeker), the planeswalker was also a creature, then it would be destroyed.
