There was an issue with redemption processing that prevented some orders from going through. We are working on the issue and it should be resolved during the downtime next Wednesday, November 6. Redemption requests may still be submitted, and those will be processed on Wednesday, November 6, as normal.
If your order was not processed, please keep all cards that complete the sets intended for redemption in your collection. Once the issue is fixed next Wednesday, we will resume processing those redemptions. You will not need to do anything.
