Here's the game: Name a popular or obscure cartoon or comic book character. The following poster has to make a D&D character based on that concept. Include Race, Class, and a brief blurb about the character.

To start you off I give you

The Question!

I_Roll_20s @twitter. Not always SFW. I may prefer 4e, but I will play and enjoy almost any edition, and indeed almost any table top RPG, with my friends. Down with Edition Wars. Shut up and roll your dice. :P
Original Question

Human/Rogue-Unaligned to slightly evil. Somewhat obsessive in his efforts to stop the spread of a rather trivial product.

Late 80's DC Comic Question

Human/Monk-Completely unaligned and spends most of his non-combat time comtemplating the romance of murder or taking hallucinogenic drugs to find further truths in himself.

The Question from the current JLA animated series

Human Rogue-Alignment subject to change based on his current paranoia. Spends most of his time wondering which kingdom is trying to subtley ursup the other, and which noble is seeking to dominate his subjects and invade their privacy.

Guy: Halfling Invoker

There are many friars at the temple, but only one is chosen to be the harbinger of Pelor's golden light, Guy was not the one. Guy could not help but be resentful to the god who forsaken him and that smarmy friar who got to have his power, Hal; he started to anger his superiors with his growing insolence, but his new found attitude and pessimism pleased one person, Sehanine took pleasure in watching Guy curse Pelor out the side of his mouth. So as an act of divine irony she chose to give Guy the power of her silver light.

So now Guy tries to outdo the do-gooders with his own personal style.

NEXT: Moonstar

Eek this is a hard one. I'm torn between doing a mild reflavoring of the Vestige Warlock or using the Wizard and sticking only to the illusion powers. Either way, Moonstar was raised by a small nomadic clan that traveled from to many different lakes in thier circuit. When she was around 15 she and her parents were driven from her clan for the damage her powers caused.

Later that year her parents were attacked by a werebear and were stricken with lycanthropy. Moonstar did not know that this had occured, and when her parents came for her as a ravenous dire bear she fled, never to return. It was not long that she met with a druid named Black Eagle who helped her learn how to control her power to destroy.

Eric Draven

Hmmm... I haven't read the comics, but I know the movie well. He's definitely a Revenant, and there's definitely some Rogue in there. The crow guides him and he's compelled to follow it, so it seems to be more than an a mere animal companion, which makes me think Shaman. And then there's the bit where he transfers all of Shelly's pain into T-Bird's mind before killing him, which could be evidence of some Dark Pact powers, and although that kinda makes sense on the surface, it fits less and less as I continue to think about it. I guess it could be a re-flavored, high-level Shaman power, though.

I'm thinking Revenant Artful Dodger Rogue/MC Shaman, PP either Daggermaster or Shadow Assassin. The last bit is a tough call, though. Shadow Assassin fits in that he tends to appear from nowhere and kill everyone in sight with terrifying efficiency, but then I started thinking about Tin-Tin's death scene, and that just SCREAMS Dagger Mastery. So, I dunno. It's a toss-up.

My apologies if movie-Eric-Draven is drastically different from comic-Eric-Draven.

Next: Marv, from Sin City

Marv, a goliath fighter, was framed for the murder of his own wife. Exiled from his tribe, he carved a path of blood and vengeance looking for his wife's killer. He killed his way through bandits, cannibal gnolls, and finally destroyed his nemesis: the Cardinal, a corrupt cleric of Pelor.

Next: Sara Pezzini/Witchblade

Sarah is a human pursuing Avenger who dedicated her life to tracking down the worst scum in the city of Waterdeep. She discovered (or was found by) the Witchblade, a sentient artifact, and now struggles to maintain control over the device while she does her job of keeping the city streets clear of criminals.

My pick: the greatest Green Lantern squirrel in the history of Green Lantern squirrels: Ch'p of H'lven!

See? This is what happens when good things happen to good people. Toiling away for years in service to melora, doing just that extra load of effort to make sure the crops come in on time, harvesting just enough from the trees to keep the villagers happy without upsetting the forest. All things considered it was good and melora was pleased. As a token of his efforst she granted the longtooth shifter a holy symbol made of jade and vine. Granting him her divine radiance as he uses his powers to keep Erathis from claiming any more forests or fields.

In forest dark or glade beferned
No blade of grass shall go unturned
Let those who have the daylight spurned
Tread not where Meloras disciple has learned

Kurt was a Tiefling orphan who was adopted by a traveling troupe of entertainers. He used his fiendish appearance to mildly shock the townsfolk as he performed feats of acrobatics. As he matured, he developed a deep faith in Pelor, whose teaching comforted his feelings of loneliness and alienation. Eventually, Kurt became a pursuing avenger of Pelor, combining his honed athleticism with a focused study on teleportation tactics (multiclass as you see fit here) to confound his foes by seeming to be everywhere at once.
