Effective 20 Sep 2011 the followoing updates have been made to the Paper banned list. We'll see how long it takes for the changes to migrate online.
On the List
- Erayo Soratami is now Banned as a Commander (like Braids and Rofellos).
- Sharazad is re-banned**
Off the List
- Lion's Eye Diamond is now Unbanned.
