Legend Rule Now applies to Commanders (No More Super-Legend)
Deck Validity is not based on Color Identity (colors in CMC and in the Textbox - Thelon of Havenwood is a legal BG commander, Bosh, Iron Golem
is a legal R commander).
"Banned as Commander" - Braids, Cabal Minion and Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary
are only banned as a commander, but can be maindecked now.
Finally (and unfortunately, IMO) a Commander is chosen for MTGO by placing it in the sideboard, so you deck should be 99 cards and 1 sideboarded legend, whose color identity defines the deck. When games begin, the legend in teh sidebaord will automagically be selected as your commander.
