As far as I am aware, there is no post as of ye detailing it but, Painter's Servant was added to the banned list for Commander with the most recent update (1/27/10).

This was done, ostensibly, because of the Iona/Painter's lock.

Please be aware of this change and adjust your decks accordingly.
