re: Ephraim/Zander ... why would Ephraim stand if she can manifest from prone, and if she is going to take an AoO one way or another. I'll conceed that it wasn't in my tactics, and some of this is retcon.

That was somthing I had debated with since you made no mention in your tactics, but the big thing is that Ephraim would have provoked that AoO either way. She may as well try to avoid being prone next to a melee monster is she can help it when manifesting would have most likely made her lose the spell.
As for Terlyn, sorry, will fix rewards accordingly.

Poor Urdwed! I knew I should have used a Potion of Mage Armour or something, damn Yeth Hounds...
RE the diving, btw, I know we normally rule slashing or piercing weapons on dives, but does this overrule the line which says "only claw or talons"? Specifically, if bites were allowed, you'd think they'd have mentioned them, since they were talking about natural weapons. But anyway... Yeth Hounds are always a tough one. :-\
