Heh, Ven is a nasty piece of work, but some of those monsters can be brutal. I saw Vathilia had just killed a vampire - is that right? Congrats, those guys are tough as nails (though, for the record, Anjin was totally going to drown the hell out of that Vampire Bugbear if he hadn't been too scared to show his face...  )

I believe that's correct, and you get nothing for success either, except what you're questing for.

I believe that's correct, and you get nothing for success either, except what you're questing for.
No; in general you get full XP and GP for success, though I think there might be exceptions for certain questgoals.
