Pulled out of Blackmarket Thread.
I've gotten two notifications that Ego Whip was banned. I can see us doing it but I looked through the House Rules and the Council/Courtroom decisions and didn't see anything.
I'm willing to change Ephraim and a couple people have pointed some things out that would lead me to believe it is banned.

I just remember being told it was (because it's a bit harsh when everyone dumps Cha). I'm not sure where it says so, though.

Hmmm.... it isn't in the wiki at all. I'l need to fix that. In the mean time, the best I can provide is a direct quote to Telin on the very same subject (this seems to come up alot).

Spiffy. I have no problems with that, (so long as the wiki gets updated).
I'll probably hunt something else down then.

Yeah it was banned because at low levels it is a save or die and later it is a save or die anyway (because it isn't too difficult for a wilder to get it up to 3d4/4d4 - which is pretty much 1 or 2 shots even if you do make a save on it).
I believe it was recorded somewhere - but if it isn't in the wiki - it should be added there at least. It might be in the Courtroom for now though. I just don't remember.
