Rules question: According to the PHB: A rogue can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies—undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to sneak attacks. The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment or striking the limbs of a creature whose vitals are beyond reach.
However, if a rogue had True Strike cast on him, would this allow the rogue to Sneak Attack? The wording of True Strike that could apply is in bold below:
You gain temporary, intuitive insight into the immediate future during your next attack. Your next single attack roll (if it is made before the end of the next round) gains a +20 insight bonus. Additionally, you are not affected by the miss chance that applies to attackers trying to strike a concealed target.
I would say no, this still doesn't allow the rogue to Sneak Attack. It simply means that the miss chance doesn't apply, but the target is still concealed, so in my view all other conditions of concealment still apply. In the case of Sneak Attack, since it's not directly tied to the miss chance, but rather to the concept of "see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot", I don't think True Strike would allow it.

True strike says you ignore the miss chance for conealment, nothing else. Since it does not negate the conealment itself, I would agree that it will not allow for sneak attacking invisible targets.

I'd agree with Uknits, and I believe that's how I've ruled it in the past.
