Actually, the dire bat can't reach either, unless the steed gets out of its way. I take it you don't want it to do that?

dgallaty, Eluria pointed out that the hoary steed has GMF active; I also noticed that I rolled its damage 3 lower than I should have before, so that's 5 damage to Karos that I missed before. Not that it matters for this fight...
The skeletal hoary steed attacks Karos with both hooves for 34 damage, killing him. It then steps up and bites Kaili for 19 damage, killing her as well.
Summary and aftermath will probably be up tomorrow...

Having Kaili move closer to Gulgar to get a shot at him with her wand. I had looked at Qwuibbik's sheet at the beginning of the fight and noted that he had Invisibility Purge, but when I wrote the next move for Kaili, I had completely forgotten about it. Most of her defense relies on her staying invisible.
Lesson: if you're a ranged invisible attacker, there's almost no good reason to get that close to your opponent.

Unfortunately, he'll have to wait until the next 3FC; the blow that knocked him out also killed him.
