It looks like Amalia might finally be achieving her goal of becoming a Thrallherd. I'm kind of at a bit of a loss as to what to do with her, though. Firstly, I should just check if I have the rules right. As a Thrallherd, she can get whatever allies she's allowed (in this case, a single Thrall of up to 5th level) automatically, without need for a quest? However, despite the TH rules, the CoCo's limitations means she can't have a Thrall of a level lower than her or higher (so she can only actually have a 4th-level one, at this point)? Also, if she gets a brand new Thrall mid-cycle, does she have to wait until after to equip it? Secondly, any suggestions on what allies to get? For believers, Psions with metapsionic feats could be nice to use as batteries for Feat Leech or for Metaconcert, as could L1 mooks with Tower Shields. However, I'm not sure what to have as a Thrall. My feeling is either some big, full-BAB, high-HP heavy-hitter (some kind of Bull Rush Barbarian or something) who can keep enemies away from her, or someone capable of debuffing the enemy (Troglodyte, Cleric with Doom, Seer with Destiny Dissonance, any Psion/Wilder with Demoralise, etc) so they have trouble saving against her powers. She also gets a feat. I'm thinking Psionic Meditation (useful by itself?), maybe Psionic Endowment (useful without Meditation?) or perhaps another Expanded Knowledge (Dimension Swap could be useful, Hustle, Energy Missile and Animal Affinity are possibles).

A horde of goblin druids mounted on riding dogs would be awesome, and you would still have no xp penalty because the riding dog is free with the goblin.
Trog is not bad, but neither would a a dwarf barbarian or those hoars of trippers. As for switching out thralls, yes you can. You can bring a different group to each fight depending on whom you think will activate that week.
Psionic endowment is by no means bad. Psionic endowment on Mind Lock with a heavy hitting ally is even better.

I have to wait until next level for believers, but I can have a thrall now. I want a Trog Wilder with Demoralise but that would be ECL5+ anyway so I might just try some melee brute and consider switching him out later.

Also there is the question of equipping the guy (or gal, I guess). I might just go with a monk or monster (or maybe a druid) and rethink after the end of the 3FC.
