Rd 10: Goblins appear; Shadrach sees them (LoS over 10ft statue, and wave is large mob of creatures), triggers ready - casts fireball for 12 damage. 3 goblins save. Goblins 1-7 take 12-5RadiantResistance = 7 (at 3/10) Goblins 8-10 take 12/2 -5 = 1 (at 9/10)
Bear moves into range to attack next round
(for argument's sake, assuming all goblins have LoS through the statue and could fire bowshots) - all goblins move, and all goblins shoot, needing 20s, all miss
Rd 11: Bear full attacks, hits twice, killing a goblin Shadrach throws flames, missing Goblins move to avoid AoOs and shoot; 1 hits, but deflected
Rd 12: Bear misses Shadrach hits with flames for 7-5=2 damage (Goblins 1-6 (at 3/10), Goblin 7 (1/10), Goblins 8-9 (at 9/10) Goblins all miss
Pausing here as you have 2 more produced flames throws, but goblins have Radiant 5, there are still 9 goblins up, and checking if you want to make any changes.

I'm thinking I can use up the last of my fire spells in the next few rounds, as they'll go from sad to worthless at round 20.
If the goblins are close enough together to hit 2 or more, fly in and cast burning hands from memory {DC 13} then same from wand {DC 11}. if I can't hit 2, throw more fire. keep up with wand through round 19. on round 20 cast spiritual weapon and begin firing with bow. stay on top of statue for cover. throw animal if one disappears. If something odd happens or spiritual weapon disappers I'll probably change tactics.
