Question: Is the psionic lucky enchantment legal? I remember it wasn't for some reason, but can't find anything. And it would rock for Ghost...

I don't remember it ever being discussed and it is less powerful than the luck domain power for the cleric (which doesn't have to be an attack roll).
The only thing about it is you will need to specify in tactics when to use it (which is pretty easy for ghost...)

has wind wall+ some kind of flight ever been used as a insta win? or as just a way to have a wall to shoot fire through? it would seem a nice way to win snipe dules...
also, is running a druid as a near pure blaster a bad idea?
also, has using shallaleigh to get a double 2d6 for TWF?
would it be silly to build a TWF monk based on the quarter staff... 2d6 damage+1/2str mod+power attack fluried and TWF would make a nasty full attack... and after level 4 of monk(all good saves+evasion+resitance against some big SoDs... but level five is a BAB lost, no save boosts, and I haveyet to see disease be an issue... a really dead level) either go PsiWar for bonus damage, barbarian for full BAB and rage, rogue for sneak attack damage, or even druid for free shalaliegs and BEING A DRUID and wis SAD... thoughts?

I don't think it has, probably because it's too easy to maneuver to negate the wall, or even outlast it (snipe duels tend to take a while).
also, is running a druid as a near pure blaster a bad idea?
It could theoretically work, but druids have low damage per round (as compared to other casters), so you'd need a high defense to rely on druid blasting spells' high endurance.
also, has using shallaleigh to get a double 2d6 for TWF?
I think something may have been started on that, but I don't think it ever became a full character.
Ever want to try your hand at optimizing, but don't like excessive splatbook use? Come visit the Core Coliseum today, and give it a try.

Most of these have been done - at some point - but I don't think you could consider it recent. There's certainly been some TWF Shillelagh wielders (Hakatri Abendstern (Beldin, Wood Elf Ranger 2/PsyWar 2/Barb 1, post 156), Santos Fi'Corma (Gonbow, Githzerai Monk 4, post 353), Toron Brightstar (Iced, Wood Elf Monk 6, post 893), Gash (Aura_Blade, Half-orc Monk 3, post 1134)) - reference this thread. Blaster druids are tougher to say because druids are so versatile that concentrating on blasting is actually not using the class to the full potential. That said - call lightning is a very popular 3rd level spell and produce flame is an essential level 1 spell for most druids.

I have a nice staff build but it doesn't use Druid. However, Oils of Shillelagh are too good to pass up on even so.

I wasn't able to find it earlier - but there was someone going for massive damage with shillelagh combining it with an expanded half-giant psywar for 4d6 damage per attack.
Start with large quarterstaff for 1d8 Expand to make it 2d6 Shillelagh for 4d6
Of course, it requires a hefty investment in dex since expansion drops your dex by 2 and half-giant is another -2.

Ranger doesn't need dex for TWF, though. I have a build for a HG ranger who uses potions of enlarge and shillelagh for such a tactic.

True - though a half-giant ranger would not benefit from enlarge person. Still a 2 level dip in ranger might be more efficient than dumping an 18 into DEX and needing to boost it more just to use TWF with expansion.

The Shillelagh ideas are awesome and should totally be made.
Quick question: Qwuibbik is in the midst of crafting, between fight cycles. He's ECL9, but like 200xp from ECL10, so will pass with next fight. At ECL10, he can bring in his CR6 Hoary Steed Skeleton (yay!). Question - can he animate it now, even though it exceeds the ally cap to bring in? And, if so, can he pay NPC services to enchant it (extended GMF)? This would be nice, as wouldn't need to waste slot/scroll on desecrate/animate. I think he should be able to, but just want to confirm, and also check on the NPC spellcasting question.
