Allies have their own 3FC that resets when you finish a cycle - check the rules on that.
Basically - if you bring in Bob the Conjurer with 30 SLs in Fight 1, use 10 SLs in Fight 1; don't bring him in for fight 2; and then bring him in for Fight 3 - he still only has 10SLs to use (because for him it is fight 2). Once you finish the cycle though - it resets.

I don't mind redoing something that has been done before - even within my own characters as long as it is fun and I'm tweaking one or more things about it. I mean Bully is nothing original but he is certainly not something I've done before. Most of my other builds are relatively unique though

I'm thinking of making 'Ani Reborn', that's not using the dratted Soulknife... EDIT: Is Aristocrat allowed here?

NPC classes are fine - though under powered in most situations. There have been a few in CoCo history.
Also - you can see what specific classes are allowed in the Races and Classes section of the Rules of Gladius.

I set about making a svirfneblin monk. I only need 1 more credit to get him in business. Q: Do boots of striding and springing stack with monk's bonus to speed?

Monk's speed bonus is untyped and the boots give an enhancement bonus IIRC - so yes they would stack.

So I was musing about how Stunning Fist never seems to be built around, and what I might/might not do about that and came up with a Wilder/Monk/Warmind thing that I'm not sure works.
So...say you're a monk with Stunning Fist. Say that monk has War Mind levels.
Now...if that monk manifests Dissipating Touch, can he discharge Stunning Fist through it if he only uses a touch attack? If so, I assume that means he can discharge Psionic Weapon/Fist as well?
Too, can that monk manifest Dissolving Weapon on both of his fists? That is to say, one on one fist, and one on another?
Because Dissolving Weapon + Dissipating Touch + Psionic Fist + Stunning Fist + Psionic Meditation seems slightly workable, if so...

Was looking around at bios and saw Eluria's thoughts on Prestige bard.
For that, I'd say that I don't think the prestigous classes are available for use as per the rules; probably due to the whole spell selection issue. (w00t @ Cleric6/Prestige Paladin1's ability to cast Holy Sword...which was my thought before I checked on it >.>)

Darn you for being correct; I was just brainstorming, and didn't check any particulars. That explains why it's never been around I wonder why no one has had (to my knowledge) an Aspect Druid; they seem interesting and unique. Some of the buffs seem more useable than wildshaping, in this setting. I haven't given it too much thought though. Re: stacking dissolving touch and dissolving weapon, I'd assume your hands have to count as one or the other, but I could see Psi fist + Diss Touch + Stun fist, which is not too shabby on it's own. And you could probably stack that with other powers, eventually (claw powers, hammer, prevenom, whatever whatever). And I guess you could have it "lined up" sort of, with it manifest on both hands, so that you could have the other hand ready to go next round (so you could DT + PF + Stun; next round, psi-med move action regain focus and hit with the other prebuffed DT + PF (+stun, if you had more attempts) ).
