I recently leveled up Qelenian and assigned his skill points to knowledge (arcana); I've reconsidered and would like to switch them to spellcraft. He hasn't used K:A since the level-up, so I believe that makes it free.
I agree, this falls under "Free Changes: really minor changes, haven't used it." No charge.

I would like to make the following changes to Shellie:
change Psionic minor creation to Hammer
As minor creation hasn't been used (in fact, I think no psionics have been used?), and this was in regards to a rule issue, and she just leveled, free of charge for minor change. Just link to this post.

Due to oversights in character creation, Ursula the White needs some changes in order to legally use Alter Self. 1. Reduce CON by 2 points; Increase INT by 2 points 2. Additional skill points are dropped into Knowledge (The Planes) and Knowledge (Local) (1 point and 4 points respectively) 3. Change scrolls of Alter Self (CL3, Minor Xorn) to Alter Self (CL3, Azer) The boost in intelligence increases Ursula's skill in Knowledge (The Planes) to +4, which is the required amount to be able to use Alter self to change into an Azer. All of these changes should be free since she is still ECL3 and this is to fix an error on the sheet.

Gilli would like to enlighten the Gladius Arena officials about the pestilence-that-is the current Druidic Order. With his service to the One-True-Druid, he will show the rest of the city the path to natural life. 10 credits to join the arena as a Cloistered Cleric.
