Lady Fayne, the Countess, strolls through the high-end shops in Gladius' wealthy district. Surrounded by her pack of faithful hounds, the delicate woman peruses shop after shop, until her eyes widen at the sight of a remarkable cloak, woven of the most avante-garde fabrics and stitched with intricate designs. Stepping into the shop, the Lady tries briefly to tempt the clothier with a few delicate smiles and batted eyelashes, but alas, the man is not to be bartered with. Sighing, the bard pulls forth a stack of coins and completes the purchase the old fashioned way, with cold, hard gold.
Lady Fayne would like to purchase a Cloak of Charisma +1 for 5c

Violation: Scorpio (ECL3, Eluria)
Scorpio has several powerstones but does not have any ranks in psicraft to address them. Since psicraft is a trained only skill - it is required to have at least one rank in it in order to take 20 to address them.
In response to the above prison violation, Scorpio would like to change 1 rank from Intimidate to put 1 rank in Psicraft
As Scorpio is ECL3, I believe this change is free.

Ghost slinks down into the darkened underworld of Gladius, and tosses around a few small bribes. After a few hours of searching, he locates a witch to enhance his lesser third eye, concentrate. Increase 3rd Eye Concentrate from +2-->+3, price 500gp (900 - 400); 2 weeks Free Activity Gather Information (modifier 308gp) to circumvent credit cost.
