Julgi improves his cloak from 2/day to 3/day.
Treeblend Cloak
Though commonly used in the jungle to immitate shade of trees and bushes, this cloak can just as easily be used in a more civilized setting.
Chameleon {ML 1}; increase to 3/day from 2/day
Price: ((1 x 1 x 1800)/5*3) - ((1 x 1 x 1800)/5*2) = 360 gp.
Julgi uses 2 weeks of Gather Information to circumvent this item's credit cost.

Bracers Shirt of Strength +1 (1000gp, 5c {I think})
Bracers are for "combat improvement" - which is arguable for a Strength boost. That said - Shirt and Belt (both "physical improvement" would be more appropriate).
I'll approve but on the caveat that it might be reviewed later.

Lady Fayne would like to change her alignment to Neutral As she is ECL3, and has had no effect on anything, I believe this is a free change. This is in case she eventually ever decides she wants to have an imp to UMD w/ her...
