I should have time for separate thread fights if that is desired by my fighters (in the fight I'm pitlording) or for my opponent and pitlord (in the fight I'm fighting)

Tactics for the Mossmen have been sent in case separate thread is not desired.

I won't have time to do a separate thread this week, unfortunately, so it will have to be tactics.

Marked for Death vs Fire and Brimestone is up. A lot of wind going on in this fight! So much so that I got confused a couple times, please take a look over to make sure I re-caught everything. I'm having trouble tracking HP more than anything, does anyone have any tricks? I had resorted to pencil + paper, but that fails horribly when you have to go back and redo something! So then I tried putting HP totals after each damage instance to try and keep better track. In fact, I think it might be trying to use the end of round tables that is messing me up. I might try and find something different for tracking effects and HP totals.

i'm running the fight between marked for death and fire and brimstone right now. I'm having trouble with the dust devils, as their stinging sands is a close burst 3, making it nearly impossible not to hit allies. is this correct (burst, rather than blast)? I checked them in the adventure builder (online) and indeed it is a close burst. I'm going ahead with attacks if they can target 2 enemies and only 1 ally. the tactics of never hitting an ally do make it near impossible for all three to "close to melee" and still use stinging sands.
Of course we can work on improving the tactics, but I want to think about this before anything is changed.
1. The dust devils have a rechargeable power that allows them to shift 5 on a move action. 2. They have an MBA that allows them to slide a target 2 squares 3. They have a speed of 8.
All of these allow them some flexibility to make the attacks and not hit each other - in my opinion. Now, I have never run the team (to my knowledge), so I don't know how well that would work in practice.
Anyone else have some perspective on this?

Actually when it came to running the fight, the exact things you mention above made it pretty easy to work with - just took a little re-work in their opening engagement. The more difficult part was trying not to hit them with the Duergar; which is a much smaller problem as he only has one power than can affect them, recharging on a 5.

Yeah I almost feel like I cheated in that one. I was pretty terrified even knowing he wouldn't have AP's. but thanks for the run, and always fun to read the fights.

The avenger dual attack rolls is something you can never ignore. So positioning is going to be paramount, or else the avenger needs to die at range! especially with that heavy-hitting greataxe. Also, some serious rolls on the crit damage, wow! very impressive.
