Okay guys, given my new situation (where I can't access the roller from a work-related machine), I'm going to need to adjust pairings time so that it doesn't conflict. This probably should have been realized beforehand, but I do like to do it during the day as it is consistent.

Right now there are two main options:

1. After I get home from Encounters on Wednesday nights. This is 9pm EST. This has the benefit of not relying on me driving home from work, but has the unfortunate problem that I won't be around to fix things if I make an error during the pairings process (as I tend to call it a night pretty early on Wednesday nights). It is possible, occasionally, that I'll have time to fix things early on Thursday.

2. After I get home from work on Thursday nights. The problem here is I have 3 kids who are "starving" by this time, so realistically, I won't get to it before 8pm and then I have a chat-based game on Thursday nights at 9pm - so I have a narrow window. During the summer I won't be going to the office though - so that puts a little less strain on me time wise.

I have to admit - Wednesday is probably a more consistent time frame for me - so it is likely the winner. For those people who are updating at the last minute though - you'll need to adjust accordingly. I'm not really planning on adjusting any other dates or times at this point - but if there's a want for that - let me know.

It may as well be Wednesday. If your fight finishes late you often don't have time to get ready for the next week anyway; it's not the end of the world if it's only once in a while. Of course, we could always try and push the fights back to Tuesday night, but I don't think it matters that much.

I think whatever it is, the convenience to you is first, and the consistency of time is second; Wednesday is totally fine!
