A true strike charger?  Looks pretty dangerous, actually.  Power attack and true strike are a viscous combo, too.  That said, you may want to consider spirited charge for double damage (triple with lance) unless you have specific plans for power attack.  Full plate is good if you are just riding, tough your budget seems tight.  I say this not actually knowing where this build is headed, though, so take this advice as it applies.

Overall, that's a pretty awesome build.  Plus, wand of MM and superior speed from your mount gives you very good options for non-melee fights.  Really curious to see him in the arena.

Seems to have the bases covered, but I've never seen charge work well in an arena setting.  There are just too many pilars and stones to hide behind.  I built a glass cannon once that used a wand so truestrike and the problem I kept encountering was taking a round or two to set up the strike.  In the case of true strike charge, you have to (essentially) yell "I'm going to do my super charge strike next round!" and then hope they did not dive for cover before your next turn.

That's just my experience, though.

huh, I forgot about spirited charge... oops...

that definetly will replace power attack(though that may mean a fighter dip next level to regain it for silly damage).

I tossed the MM wand for oponents that wan't to play hide and seek actualy.  with a sheild per combat to counter other mages, 1d4+1 will win it... I think... and with the options of snipe dual a pally with healing and a MM wand, or face him in the open for melee.  this may or may not work... but it is a hope.

also, the build is headed full pally, for silly smites lay on hands and long lasting mount...

how many sorc levels are you thinking?  If you are just looking at a 1-2 lv dip for wand/scroll access, you may be better off with a level of cleric with the magic domain.

Juat realize, once you go Pally, you cannot change off of pally and then go back because if the stilly multiclass rules.

the one level dip beats the 2 level dip that cleric needs for the same affect... it was what I considered first actualy.  but sorc gives it at one level, and a familiar will be fun in a few levels as a bonus scout.

aw hell... that is a problem...hm...guess then it will have to go fighter1/sorc1/pally 1

Actually, it doesn't.  A level 1 magic domain cleric still gets to use items as a level 1 wizard:

d20srd, Magic Domain]Use scrolls, wands, and other devices with spell completion or spell trigger activation as a wizard of one-half your cleric level (at least 1st level). For the purpose of using a scroll or other magic device, if you are also a wizard, actual wizard levels and these effective wizard levels stack.[/quote wrote:

The Cleric dip is pretty good for absurd item use. Sorc does go nicely with Pally, though. Sorc/Pally/Dragon Disciple is pretty cool. You will probably have to take Sorc first though, for the multiclassing (annoying since you'd lose a lot of HP).

You only lose 3hp, and for someone who's planning to use wands of CLW substantially, that's not all that much.
