The Core Coliseum did 331 fights from September 2009 through September 2010. Over that same period the following year, we've done 371.

So the logical question to me is: When will the Core Coliseum group hit 1000 fights?

Now - in Core Coliseum's lengthy history, we've done many more than 1000. In fact, when we did a quick survey in May 2010 to estimate how many we've done, the answer was in the 5000 range.

But just as a group, we've crested 700 fights. I want to know when we'll hit 1000.

Is it worth a little friendly competition? Worth a friendly competition where you can directly affect the numbers by participating more often?

Post to this thread with the week of pairings that you'd like to sign up for and if you have the correct week, you'll get 5 credits!

This is first come, first served and you may only pick a single week for the entire year. I'll be generous and say that we'll hit 1000 fights on September 8! (okay there's wishful thinking... but still I'm not really participating...). Bear in mind that there is a possiblity of double-weeks around holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years), so you might want to plan to not take weeks around there or maybe account for them in other ways.
