The problem seems to have been whenever I would try to put a numerical value in the note area to the right of the name for each marker, such as 28/28hp, or even hp = 28/28. I also tried just doing hp = 28, but it still didn't like it. The first couple rounds, I had a '1' in each note section following each character's class, and the 1 was to represent the character's level. It was ok with that. I'm currently using Google Chrome and Windows 7.

In case you weren't aware, we have a quick Guide on how to use the Battle Mapper. The limitations mentions some of the things you might have hit - but I think it could stand to include your cases as well. I'll flag it to update when I get a chance to do it.

The error might not be the numerical values as much as it may be the "/" or "=" symbols.

Maybe, though I thought I had tried just putting the current hp in. Perhaps not. I'll check that later.

Wild Beasts, the team of Three and Claw, is now up if you wanted to take a better look at the fight, mr0bunghole. After going back and actually typing up their powers and such, I think I was using AC for most attacks, for both teams. But I think most were either high enough to hit on AC (and thusly on the actual defense the attack should have been against anyways), or too low to hit anything at all. And yes, I know, a Warforged Warden doesn't make much sense, but for me it was a nice step away from using another Orc or Goliath for the Str/Con bonuses.

Do you want the Wild Beasts added to the roster?
As an aside, careful with the Warforged - as we use the version in the MM and not the modifications that were presented in dragon (and thereafter updated in the Character Builder). I noticed that most of it is the same, but the Warforged Resolve power is a little different.

Whenever you get the chance, that would be fine. I wasn't planning on posting it just yet, but oh well, hehe.
As for the Warforged, I completely forgot about the updates in the character builder. I'll go back into the MM and be sure everything is corrected that needs to be.

So, I had posted a long account of the test fight and when I hit "Submit Post" nothing appeared. Here is what I can remember saying. 1) Die Roller: For simultaneous dice rolls, it looks like you rolled attacks on the left side of the roller screen and you rolled the damage on the right side of the screen. A more convenient way of rolling multiple dice at the same time (and having the results all appear on the same line) is by using the semicolon ( . For example, for Keyleth's first attack, you could have put the following into the dice roller: 1d20+5;1d20+5;2d4+4 The above would output both of her Oath attacks and the damage all at once. 2) Mapper: Don't worry about the dashed movement lines going through solid objects on the mapping program. As long as you show the start and end locations of the PC for each movement or action, the Pitlord and/or players can help explain how the movement was conducted. 3) Common tactics: Some teams will have the first PC that wins initiative Delay their actions until the second PC acts. This allows both PCs to act at the same time. Also, until the combatants are able to spot each other in the arena, you'll often find teams that move out and then Ready an attack upon seeing their enemy. These are just common tactics I see used here, and I just wanted to throw them out. 4) Oath of Emnity: Verede didn't use his Oath of Emnity before attacking Claw in Round 3. Ahhh! 5) Faerie Fire Save: (Round 4) The effect on faerie fire is "save ends both", so Keyleth would only have to roll one saving throw (there were two rolls in the die roller). 6) Form of Winter's Herald Attack: (Round 4) This attack is Close burst 1. With burst powers, a separate attack is rolled for each target, but only one damage roll is rollled for all targets. So, Three would roll two attacks, one for Keyleth and one for Verede, and he would roll one damage roll that would apply to both. 7) Nature's Wrath: (Round 4) When Three shifted adjacent to both Verede and Keyleth, don't forget to use his Nature's Wrath class feature (Free Action to mark all adjacent enemies). 8) End of Round Summary: Don't forget that downed PCs are both Unconscious and Dying. The unconscious part allows for potential Coup de Grace attempts. Also, targets of your Avengers' Oath of Emnity were left off the summary. Since the Oath stays on until the target drops to 0 HP, you probably want to include that. Such as: Three, 6/28 HP, Oathed by Verede, etc.

- I had tried using a semicolon, but when I would hit send, the next screen would come up saying it couldn't display the page, so I just did the die rolls like that. I'll try it again though. Thanks. Edit: I tried it again, and now its working properly. Maybe I was doing something else the roller didn't like, hehe.
- Alright, thanks. I'll keep that in mind.
- Thanks for the input.
- Yea, I know. I was just getting myself used to how everything works, such as a second wind, or an action point, etc. (I'm fairly new to 4E, but I generally pick things up pretty quick).
- Ah, ok. I though it meant each ends on a save, as in their own separate rolls.
- Again, I wasn't sure if it was one attack and multiple damage rolls or vice versa. I'll be sure to watch that in the future.
- Yea, realized that afterwards, hehe.
- Ok, thanks for the tip.
This will definitely help me in the future. Thanks mr0bunghole.
