Eluria asked me the other day if I could update the graph I used to show activity over time. So I figured this would be a good time to do just that.
Basically, we're not at the peak of where we've been, but at the same time, we have had an uptick in activity due to renewed activity in Sagaris.
One important thing to note is that we had 331 fights from September 2009 through September 2010. Since September 2010, we've already had 264 fights! So, we might not be at peak activity - but we're definitely on pace to beat the previous year's numbers.
As I write this, we've only got 4-5 players in Sagaris and 4 players in Gladius, with a 5th making a character at this very moment. I'm not happy we don't have more, but I am happy to have consistent players at the core. I eagerly hope that everyone does their best to bring in new players.
In other news, I am going to have a new contest coming in soon! This one will hopefully appeal to a wide audience and will be both for Gladius and Sagaris at the same time. Stay tuned for more information about it - once it is ready, we're going to roll with it.
