About Me

About Me: Moved to Middle TN in May 2010 after 6 years in the military. Now I'm a civilian again and I'm currently looking for LFR games. I play in a homebrew game on Sundays and Encounters on Wednesdays but I'd love to play more LFR in and around the Mid-TN area.

Movies: Don't watch a lot of TV or Movies, but I'd say Iron Man (still haven't seen IM2), Boondock Saints, and The Aliens and Predators movies with the exception of AVP, AVP:R and the newest one coming out.

TV Shows: Futurama, The Office, Community, Tosh.0 (sometimes), and Old-school cartoons.

Books, Comics and Graphic Novels: The Drizzt book-line (just finished The Pirate King), The Dark Tower Series, The Mallorean and The Belgariad series, Magician: Apprentice, Magician: Master, but not the other two of that series. The Sword of Truth Series, and almost all the Dragonlance books. I'm still debating on whether or not I should pick up an Eberron campaign novel, as it seems better left as a video game now that I've started playing it online.

Music: Progressive rock, funk, classic rock, punk, Primus (try putting a genre on that!) etc.

Hobbies: D&D 2e and 4e, Bass Guitar, Computer Games, Reading.

Likes: Casual gaming, Computer RPGs, The idea of building characters.

Dislikes: RTS's, hardcore raiding games, PvP, the "unaligned" idea in 4e, Pop culture (despite the fact that D&D is BECOMING pop culture, which I'm surprisingly ok with), Scary nerds...as in, I'm a nerd, but I'm not CRAZY and in your face about it...I'm a classy nerd. Scary nerds freak people out and don't know it. It's a fine line, and most people don't cross it, but there are some people who even we look at and go, "eesh, I'll skip the convo with that guy/girl"

My Games:

Dungeons & Dragons

Other Games I Play: DDO, Fallout 3, NWN 1&2, CoD4, 1/2life 1&2, Portal, Borderlands, FATE, Dragon Age (for 20 mins at a time, since the memory leak hasn't been fixed), and Oblivion. I used to play UO, and WoW. I played CoH for a bit, and I really miss Dungeon Runners, cuz that game cracked me up.
