As malcypoos says, alternityrpg.net is a great resource. It's pretty much taken up all the slack since the demise of Taquila Starrise (for those familiar with that site). It's probably also the most polite forum I've ever seen, I haven't seen one flame war yet. Of course it may just seem that way to me because I cruise mainly gaming and political forums.
