I saw it giving database errors earlier yesterday, now it seems to be down completely. Anyone here have any word on if/when we can expect it to return? I'm about to start a PBEM Birthright game, so if worst comes to worst I just downloaded a number of resources for the 3.0/3.5 version, and may be able to provide them if necessary. Hope it doesn't come to that, though.

yes it was because of you!!!  nah kidding.. an old disk error has reappeared.. and after the diskfix the DB started to act strange. Flip is currently looking into it. Hope it will be online soon cheers Arjan

email from flip: do you have an eta when things will be up and running again?
Hoping for tonight or tomorrow for a stopgap, measure -- running the VM on a host that's not going to be the final host. Nice thing about VM is that it can just move when the "real" machine is ready.
... the "real" machine was encountering a few problems getting the raid array together.
so, it is still waiting till the new server is ready
