1) Establish groundwork for information network, and set out feelers for rumours of thri-kreen and the seals.
2) study the effects of the river of death and attmpt to find more information on it.
3) Start an assassin guild to train mass combat assassins.

sorry I missed the game
1) continue work on the assassin guild to train ninja
2) continue the upkeep on the information network, expanding the list of contacts and having them be on the look out for information that could possibly be used to our advantage. and keeping up the look out for the seals.
3) explore the interaction between undeath and the river of death.
