Do we have a schedule for the next few books that we will be reading in 2012? I know we have talked about getting a general calendar going & I think someone did post a general outline, but I am unable to find it...

There is a schedule out there but it only ran through our next selection Mistshore.
Sounds like it is time to make a new schedule. Any recommendations?

Thanks for posting that novel list, Nina.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the Zhentarim title listed.
The Forgotten Realms: It's an ugly baby, but damnit it's our ugly baby.
WotC, please don't wreck the Forgotten Realms a third time in order to introduce the latest version of the D&D rules.
Give us back 3rd Edition's Magic Television concept instead.

Goldpiece is correct, the last book left on our list is Mistshore, so let the suggestions begin!
My only caveat is that I'd like to stick to books where we can get the author involved, and for my part, I'll do my best to track down any author you think you'd like to have join us.
Last time I got together a list of 6 or so and got confirmation about who could discuss at which times of year.

Thanks, Nina! I figure you could just start putting it in their contracts next year.

Hi there, Nina - thanks for posting the list. It might be a bit early to ask, but has there been any progress on providing ebook access to international readers yet?
Many thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
No news to report as of yet on the ebook/international front. But it's not forgotten!

Hmmm. There sure are a lot of e-book exclusives coming out.
Not sure how I feel about that. I'm a big supporter of libraries, and our system (Seattle) typically buys several print copies of every WOTC novel but only buys the e-version for really high volume books like Salvatore novels. My concern is teenagers/young adults that read only library books won't have access to this material even if they do have an e-reader.
Is there any way for WOTC to contact library systems and tell them "Hey! This book is coming out ONLY as an e-book, so you better buy at least one e-copy or else your patrons won't be able to read it."
