My name is Bryan, and I play D&D. Well I am 38 and really don't care if it is cool or not, it is just fun. I used to Play 2nd edition with friends ALL night long. That was 20 years ago. I don't think I could stay up all night and play again if you paid me, but it would be fun to try.
My brother and I have picked up the 3.5 edition and started with a few characters. Being raised on 2nd edition, I am not sure about the minatures. I do however, like the dry erase board idea with grid lines.
I am also reading the AOTH series on my kindle. It provides a great escape.
My favorite part of playing D&D is the plotting, schemes and deceptions between player characters. It is fun drama.
