I love [c]Spreading Seas[/c].  It has everything I like in a card: cheap cost, messes with my opponent's game plan, and draws a card to boot!  Unfortunately I haven't been able to play it because my decks haven't been running blue.  I was very excited to see [c]Contaminated Ground[/c] in Rise.  What more can you ask from a card?  Equally cheap cost, messes with your opponent's game plan, and does damage when they tap for mana.  So naturally I thought to myself, "wouldn't it be great to stick both of them in the same deck?"

Of course spreading seas and contaminated ground aren't exactly win cons.  As long as you're making your opponent play U/B, why not take advantage of creatures with swampwalk and island walk?  Hmm....  let's see...  What's a beastly card that can swing big,
