About Me:
A Colombian-American in my 30's, I began gaming in the early '80s. I am both open-minded and a harsh critic, continually trying to improve my game and help others improve theirs. Luckily, my life away from gaming is filled by my fantastic wife, with whom I help our two kids enjoy and navigate life. I work as an environmental consultant, slowly greening chemical companies. Until I finish, don't use plastic... And, when possible, you will find me with coffee, dark beer, and phat music. My life is a bit more insane since I became an admin for the Ashes of Athas organized play campaign.

I'm a Duke graduate, so Duke Basketball is king. Otherwise, my limited time allows for Jon Stewart, Parenthood, Game of Thrones, and the occasional recorded show.
Books, Comics and Graphic Novels:
Sourcebooks leave so little time, but I always make room for William Gibson.
Music:
Music has moved me all my life - from quiet moments of thought to raging bashes, from painful break-ups with old girlfriends to weddings - music sets the stage for our lives. Some days, music defines our lives. I love organic dub or spy-style electronica, phat beats, and rock with edge.

Family, making a home, saving the planet, finding new music that makes me want to close my eyes and stop everything, finding great restaurants, tasting new beers, gaming.
