Yeah that was definitely a concern. It doesn't seem like spending a feat for 3 languages and +3 damage to a single encounter power is too broken to me. However, it definitely is one to keep an eye on, especially as it'll start out as a +6 bonus for most characters. For a dragonmark with no other combat benefits, I thought it might be okay, but if one of my players takes the theme I'll have to see how it plays.
