(Note: Originally, I wrote a very long version of what you're about to read. It contained a lot of invective and venting that I did not feel was very becoming of a community member, so I decided to sleep on it before posting anything. This morning, I had the idea that what that post had been should instead be about 3 or 4 posts on the subject, but knowing full well that those never work out the way you want them to, just now I decided that I'm going to keep this conversation to the very few main points of my arguments and that's all.
